✦ Usage & Rights ✦

✦ I retain all intellectual rights to the artwork
✦ I am allowed to post and publish the art where I please unless discussed prior.
✦ You may not remove watermark, alter artwork, or repost without my consent.
✦ Commercial use must be discussed prior to profit.
✦ You're prohibited from using artwork for AI feeding or NFT use

✦ Process ✦

1 ✦ Read and agree to all terms & conditions. First come, first reserved.
2 ✦ We discuss your vision, style choice, and more! Send your best references and inspiration for poses, expressions, outfits, etc.
3 ✦ I reserve the right to decline for any reason. You'll be given my progress board if I accept the commission!
4 ✦ Payment will be made within 48 hours of receiving an invoice. Work will not begin until I receive payment!
5 ✦ A 50% down payment is required before I begin and you must settle remaining cost after the initial sketch.
6 ✦ I will gladly make several edits within reason. More than three edits may be subject to additional fees.
7 ✦ Allow 4-6 weeks turnaround time after the initial sketch. I will let you know in advance if this isn't the case at the moment.
8 ✦ Final PNG file will be sent via Google Drive or email.
9 ✦ If I am unable to complete your work, you're entitled to a full refund. Otherwise, refunds are subject to my discretion and work completed.
